Refund policy
At Pet Essentials, we want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns in the form of store credit. Please review our policy below:
Returns & Store Credit
1. Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.
2. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
3. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
1. Pet treats, food, and consumables
2. Shampoos, grooming products, and opened hygiene items
3. Personalized or custom-made items
Clearance or final sale items
Return Process
1. Email us at essentialspetshop1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs are the customers responsibility).
4. Upon receiving the return, we will issue a store credit via a gift card or discount code.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will gladly assist you.
